2. Who may order
Our website is for consumers in the United Kingdom. We deliver only to eligible UK addresses, as described in our Delivery policy.
3. Products
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Sizes are UK sizes; please read the product description and our Size guide before ordering.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Standard delivery to eligible UK addresses is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. Accepted payment methods are listed on our Payment methods page.
If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Your order and our contract with you
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. Our contract with you is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable, we will tell you and refund any payment.
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates are set out in our Delivery policy. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of your order. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, and we also offer 30-day returns. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are in our Returns and refunds policy and Order cancellation policy.
8. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods. We are not responsible for business losses, as our products are for domestic and private use.
9. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund of anything paid for goods not yet received.
10. Your information
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
11. Complaints
If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it.
12. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland, in the Scottish courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those shown on our website when you placed it.
