Track Your Order

You can follow your order from confirmation to delivery in any of these ways:

1. From your emails

After you order, we email you an order confirmation with a link to your order status page. When your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation. Where tracking is available, it includes a link to follow your parcel with the delivery company.

Can't find our emails? Please check your spam or junk folder for messages from Chapter Fashion.

2. From your account

If you placed your order while signed in, you can sign in to your account to see your orders and their status.

3. Ask us

If you need help, contact us with your order number and we will check the status for you. Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm UK time.

Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–7 business days after dispatch. See our Delivery policy for details.
