Cancelling before your order is dispatched

If you change your mind shortly after ordering, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will try to cancel it before it is dispatched.

• Email support@chapterfashion.shop with your order number and the word "Cancel" in the subject line, or call +44 7460 612252 (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm UK time).
• If we can cancel your order before dispatch, we will confirm by email and refund you in full to your original payment method as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days.
• If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot stop it, but you can still cancel after delivery as explained below.

Cancelling after delivery

The 24-hour window above is only for stopping an order before it leaves us. It does not replace or limit your legal right to cancel. You can still cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, and you can use our 30-day returns offer. See our Returns and refunds policy for details.

If we need to cancel

Very occasionally we may need to cancel an order, for example if an item becomes unavailable or there is a pricing error. If this happens we will tell you as soon as possible and refund any payment in full.
